Where to fish?

Located in zone 6, the Memphremagog region offers several places to fish! The two main lakes, Memphremagog and Massawippi, offer a beautiful variety of species. The fishing season in the Memphremagog region runs from May 15 to September 30. Massawippi Lake

Massawippi Lake is the deepest lake in the Memphremagog region. It’s a true paradise for fishermen. You can fish for salmonids, bass, perch, pike, trout, lake trout and walleye.

Memphremagog Lake

With its 42 km in length, it’s one of the best known lakes in the Eastern Townships. Fishing enthusiasts, you will be delighted by the beauty of the place as well as by the variety of species to catch. You can fish for lake trout, rainbow trout, landlocked salmon and brown trout.
