Gray Rocks in its prime was charging nearly double this place (adjusted for inflation). Jouvence is unassuming, no-frills family thoroughfare and it simply works if you go in here with expectations of nothing more. There's a reason Gray Rocks doesn't exist and this place still does-- keep in mind this is a non-profit subsidized operation.

What a great place. We went for a conference overnight and I love it. In touch with nature but not too rustic. Nice accommodations and wonderful staff!

I really loved it! Obviously tons of people spoke French but most of the workers could speak some English! Everything is included and activities all day every day! 3 meals a day which surprised me, since most resorts only do 2 and charge Lunch!
