We operate in a fast food niche serving only raw in consumption on the spot, in delivery or to take away.
Our famous main courses whose main component can be either a protein of beef, salmon, tuna, shrimp or even vegetarian, are scrupulously amalgamated from 18 different recipes and served in the form of Tartares, Poké Bowls
or sashimi. Our customers will be able to avail themselves at their leisure; a starter, a soup, a dessert and
a choice of side dish, all accompanied by an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink.
