The monks of the abbey have developed through years many handcrafted products. With our apples we make apple sauce, apple jelly, cider vinegar and natural sparkling cider. Our orchards are open to public for U-pick apples, every week-end from the Labour day through Thanksgiving day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will find more than 20 kinds of apples at our kiosk. We also made fine taste cheeses. Many of them already received prices during cheeses contest in Canada and all around the world. Find all the products at our store!
